Our prices are based on 2 or more people sharing dependent on room type, though if you require single occupancy please Contact us for room prices and availability.

Terms and Conditions
We require your credit/debit card details to secure a booking.
Payment can be made on arrival by cash /cheque / travellers cheque /credit card (with a 3% surcharge).
Cancellation policy: We require 7 days notice to cancel a reservation. Should you give less than 7 days then the 1st nights payment shall be taken. Should you give less than 72 hours notice then the full amount shall be payable. Payment shall be taken from the credit card/debit card + a 3% handling charge.
Checking out: Guests are asked to leave their rooms by 10am on the day of departure. Please check that you have not packed any items by mistake.
Car Parking: Limited parking is available to the front of the house where permits can be used.
No smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & Guest House. Should you chose to ignore this policy then you shall be asked to leave & charged £50 for specialist cleaning.
Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to book the room + a 3% handling fee.
